Emma Locke completed her primary and secondary education in Rockhampton attending St. Mary’s Primary school then going on to complete secondary education at Emmaus College.
Following school she remained in Rockhampton and completed her Bachelor of Laws at Central Queensland University, receiving the CQLA Brett Thorpe Memorial Award in 2018 and following this completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology. She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court (QLD) in 2020 and the High Court in 2021.
Emma is able to assist clients in a number of areas including Crime, Domestic Violence, Defamation, Family Law, Litigation, Wills and general areas of Civil Law.
In her spare time Emma enjoys adventuring with her partner, family getaways and watching her children play sport.
